Chongqing, renowned as the 'City of Mountains and Rivers,' has elevated its municipal sanitation infrastructure to world-class standards alongside rapid economic development. Last week, Mr. Zhang from Hubei Chengli’s Sales Department traveled to Chongqing to visit a long-standing cooperative client—a listed company primarily engaged in municipal sanitation services, with operations spanning numerous major cities across China. In Chongqing, the company utilizes a diverse fleet of specialized sanitation vehicles—including water sprinklers, street sweepers, garbage trucks, and road cleaning trucks—visible throughout the city. Upon arrival, we toured the company’s facilities and subsequently held an in-depth technical discussion with their maintenance supervisor at the vehicle servicing and repair center. On-site, we observed a wide variety of sanitation vehicle models from different manufacturers—including several units manufactured by Hubei Chengli. We learned that Chengli’s special-purpose vehicles currently hold a significant price advantage over Zoomlion’s offerings in the market, while product quality continues to gain increasing trust and recognition. During our technical exchange with the client, both parties shared professional insights on special-purpose vehicles, and the client provided valuable suggestions regarding product details—insights that will greatly benefit our future development. Following these discussions, Mr. Ma, the company’s executive director, expressed interest in purchasing a 10-cubic-meter water sprinkler truck. We recommended the Dolika model, and after reviewing its technical specifications and documentation, he was highly satisfied and promptly decided to order one unit from existing stock. Upon returning to our headquarters, we immediately processed the order, arranged warehouse dispatch, and prepared shipment to Chongqing. This Dongfeng Dolika water sprinkler truck is currently among the most popular models for landscape greening, urban road cleaning, and industrial park construction projects. Its actual tank capacity reaches 10 cubic meters. It is equipped with a high-power, dedicated water pump for sprinkler applications—capable of self-priming and self-discharging, with priming time <15 minutes, flow rate of 40 m³/h, and head pressure of 35 meters. Standard specialized configurations of the Dongfeng Dolika water sprinkler truck include: front spray nozzles, rear spray nozzles, side spray nozzles, rear working platform, and a 360° adjustable greenery water cannon. The pump’s vertical suction lift is ≥7 meters; front spray width is ≥14 meters; greenery cannon range is ≥35 meters. Additional standard features include gravity drain valve, filter screen, fire-fighting interface (enabling connection to fire hydrants for water intake and emergency firefighting use), tank-level gauge (for monitoring water level inside the tank), rear ladder, manhole cover with simple guardrail, dual side-mounted cannon barrels, two 6-meter-long, 4-inch-diameter steel-wire-reinforced rubber hoses, and a double-layer anti-rust, corrosion-resistant paint finish on the tank surface. Other standard equipment complies with factory specifications. The water tank is fabricated from WISCO 4mm-thick steel plates, achieving a total volume of 10 cubic meters—offering balanced load-bearing capacity relative to comparable chassis models. Four-way, three-position ball valves, fire-fighting ball valves, and other control valves are arranged sequentially along the tank. During tank filling, all valves must first be closed, then the inlet valve opened; one end of the suction hose is connected to this valve, while the other end is submerged into the water source. The fire-fighting ball valve serves primarily for emergency connection to fire-supply pipelines. Front spray, rear spray, and side spray nozzles are thoughtfully and ergonomically mounted on the chassis—each exhibiting exceptional craftsmanship. Unlike previous designs w
