Recently, Mr. Yan, Manager of Chengli’s Truck-Mounted Crane Division, has been receiving numerous phone inquiries from customers interested in purchasing truck-mounted cranes. On July 28, 2017, Mr. Ma—a Beijing-based contractor specializing in prefabricated construction—contacted Mr. Yan for detailed information on various tonnage options. Following a thorough introduction and targeted product documentation, Mr. Ma expressed strong interest in an in-stock Dolika blue-plate 3.2-ton truck-mounted crane. He promptly arranged air travel to Wuhan and transferred to Suizhou the same afternoon. Upon arrival, Chengli assigned dedicated staff to host him. After contract signing and deposit receipt—even during the company’s summer holiday period—Chengli urgently initiated fabrication of the cargo box and final paint application. Two working days later, the vehicle was dispatched by a company driver for registration in Chengde, Hebei Province. It arrived at Mr. Ma’s location on August 1, 2017—the PLA Day—marking a joyful delivery day. Mr. Ma was extremely pleased with his new acquisition.

This Dolika 3.2-ton blue-plate truck-mounted crane features a specialized chassis with a 3,308 mm wheelbase, a Yuchai Tier V 130-hp engine, 7.50R16 steel-belted radial tires, air conditioning, ABS, electric windows, central locking, spring-brake (parking brake) system, and a 6-speed WLY transmission. It is equipped with a Henan Xinfei 3.2-ton three-section straight boom crane, offering full 360° rotation. The cargo box measures 3,550 mm (L) × 2,100 mm (W) × 400 mm (H), strictly conforming to official announcement dimensions.

In July 2017, output of various special-purpose vehicles in China increased year-on-year across the board. Specifically, truck-mounted crane production reached 3,724 units—an increase of 91.4% YoY. Among subcategories, truck cranes, aerial work platforms, and truck-mounted cranes rose by 127%, 48.2%, and 65.1% respectively. Overall, production of all major special-purpose vehicle types—including box trucks, tank trucks, truck-mounted cranes, and dump trucks—showed positive growth. Based on analysis of these segments, engineering vehicles and truck-mounted lifting equipment are expected to maintain strong market momentum going forward.
