Government Procurement Case of Foton Fengjing Service Vehicles in Ganzhou: An Iterative Upgrade from Basic Requirements to Efficient Operations In municipal sanitation management, logistics support vehicles are critical to ensuring frontline operational efficiency. This article is based on the real-world experience of two consecutive procurement batches of Foton Fengjing service vehicles by a district urban management bureau in Ganzhou (hereinafter referred to as 'a municipal sanitation department'), analyzing its decision-making process—from meeting fundamental inspection needs to comprehensive upgrades in cargo capacity, driving range, and intelligent management. Drawing upon Chengli Special Purpose Vehicle’s expertise in chassis announcements (e.g., CLW5070GSSD6) and its mature after-sales service system, this case provides a replicable reference solution for similar procurement projects. First Batch Procurement: Basic Inspection and Service Support In 2023, to enhance road inspection efficiency, emergency dispatch capability, and material transportation within its jurisdiction, the municipal sanitation department procured five Foton Fengjing service vehicles for the first time.
