I. (hereinafter referred to as "Chengli SPV") was commissioned to undertake the upper-structure modification and complete vehicle delivery. A total of six service vehicles were delivered under this project, primarily used for road inspection, garbage point monitoring, equipment maintenance, and emergency dispatch. According to publicly available tender information, the unit price of these vehicles was approximately RMB 150,000–180,000, with the total budget capped at RMB 1,103,000. The client indicated that the Foton Fengjing chassis was selected for its high reliability, low fuel consumption, and extensive service network; Chengli SPV won the modification contract based on its proven modification expertise and lifetime after-sales service commitment (chassis covered by original manufacturer’s nationwide warranty; upper-structure covered by lifetime service).
