The project budget was capped at approximately RMB 397,000 per unit, requiring integrated functions of suction, solid-liquid separation, and transportation, with the chassis based on the Dongfeng 3308 mm wheelbase model. Following an open tender, Chengli Special Purpose Vehicle Co., Ltd. delivered three units of the CLW5070GSSD6 sewage treatment vehicle. Service Score (25 points): After-sales response time, spare parts availability, training programs, and warranty duration. In this project, Chengli scored 38 points in Technical, 32 points in Commercial, and 24 points in Service—achieving a total of 94 points and winning the bid by a narrow margin. III. How Chengli Maximized Its Technical Score 3.1 Announcement Parameters and Chassis Compatibility: The CLW5070GSSD6 model supplied by Chengli is built upon the Dongfeng 3308 mm wheelbase chassis and fully complies with National VI emission standards. Its official announcement parameters are complete and meet MIIT requirements; moreover, Dongfeng chassis enjoy nationwide warranty coverage, ensuring seamless registration, annual inspection, and commercial operation.
