Wenzhou is located along the southeast coast, characterized by high annual humidity, summer heat, and abundant rainfall. Vehicles operate long-term under high-salinity fog and high-humidity conditions, making corrosion and seal failure common issues. Based on this case, the following ten items require special attention upon receipt:
1. Chassis Corrosion Inspection: Focus on main beams, welded chassis joints, and bolted connection points—ensuring no paint peeling or rust spots. Dongfeng chassis come factory-coated with anti-corrosion protection, but surface abrasion may occur during transport.
2. Tank Anti-Corrosion Coating: Internal tank surfaces must be coated with epoxy resin or polyurethane-based anti-corrosion paint; verify uniform coating thickness and absence of weak spots.
