(hereinafter referred to as 'Chengli') secured the contract with its Dongfeng 3308 mm wheelbase chassis-based vehicle and full-lifecycle service solution, ultimately delivering six units of the CLW5070GSSD6 model sewage treatment vehicle. This article analyzes the case from a spare parts procurement perspective, covering wear-and-tear component lists, pricing transparency, Chengli’s 24-hour direct shipment service, and comparisons with authorized 4S channel services — providing reference insights for similar procurement projects.
I. Procurement Background and Requirements Analysis
The Jiaxing Entity’s core procurement requirements included: First, vehicles must comply with CN6 emission standards to ensure environmentally compliant operation within urban areas; Second, the chassis wheelbase must accommodate narrow streets and complex terrain — the Dongfeng 3308 mm wheelbase (approx. 3308 mm) was therefore selected as optimal; Third, sewage treatment capacity must support routine cleaning, suction, and preliminary purification functions; Fourth, post-purchase operational costs must remain controllable — especially regarding ease of replacement and price transparency for wear-and-tear components.
