Government Procurement Case and Bid-Winning Solution Analysis for the CN6 Dongfeng 3308 mm Wheelbase Sewage Treatment Vehicle in Fuzhou City. Based on publicly available tender information, this article provides a detailed interpretation of the tender document’s core requirements, Chengli’s technical response proposal, commercial quotation strategy, and follow-up service plan—offering reference guidance for similar procurement projects. I. Core Tender Requirements According to local procurement practices, the tender document explicitly stipulated the following key requirements: Chassis Configuration: The chassis must comply with China National VI (CN6) emission standards, specifically the Dongfeng 3308 mm wheelbase model, conforming to the national Stage VI motor vehicle pollutant emission standards to ensure normal registration, annual inspection, and operation within Fuzhou City and surrounding areas.
