Chengli Special Purpose Vehicle Co., Ltd. delivered five units of this model. This case study—based on the procurement—details key acceptance inspection points, methods for verifying MIIT technical parameters, and Chengli’s delivery process assurance, tailored to Hangzhou’s humid, rainy climate, providing reference guidance for procuring entities. I.
