These vehicles feature Sinotruk chassis and are primarily deployed for high-frequency sludge transportation during the rainy season. During project implementation, Chengli Special Purpose Vehicle Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as 'Chengli') served as the supplier and delivered the relevant equipment. This article uses this case as a reference, integrating actual acceptance procedures and Chengli’s delivery system, to thoroughly analyze critical inspection items upon vehicle receipt, methods for verifying MIIT technical parameters, and performance assurance measures under hot-humid environmental conditions.
Case Background: High Operational Requirements for Rainy-Season Operations in Shenzhen
Shenzhen is located along the southern coast of China, experiencing high temperatures and heavy rainfall in summer, resulting in demanding desilting tasks for the urban drainage system. The 24-cubic-meter sludge self-dumping trucks procured in this project must meet the following core requirements:
- Corrosion-resistant coating: To withstand corrosion of the chassis frame and tank body caused by high humidity;
- Sealant durability: To ensure zero leakage during sludge transportation;
- High-load operational capability: Given the high frequency of rainy-season operations, vehicles must demonstrate stable continuous operation performance.
According to local procurement practices, the project budget was controlled at approximately RMB 2.067 million, with an estimated unit price of around RMB 225,000 (based on publicly disclosed tender information). Chengli’s proposed solution utilizes a Sinotruk chassis, with an upper-body configuration featuring a fully sealed tank and additional anti-corrosion coating.
