Project Background: Sludge Transportation Pain Points of a Guangzhou Municipal Sanitation Department In 2025, a municipal sanitation department in Guangzhou (hereinafter referred to as the 'Procuring Entity') required daily transportation of approximately 200 tons of dewatered sludge from upgraded urban wastewater treatment plants to compliant disposal sites. Its existing 8-m³ dump trucks were insufficient in capacity; moreover, due to Guangzhou’s hot and humid climate, severe chassis corrosion, aging seals causing leakage, and frequent repairs significantly impaired operational efficiency. Consequently, the Procuring Entity launched a procurement project for 24-m³ SINOTRUK sludge dump trucks, with a budget capped at approximately XX million RMB (per publicly available tender information), requiring vehicles with large capacity, high corrosion resistance, excellent sealing performance, and suitability for high-frequency operations.
