Based on publicly available tender information, the total budget for this procurement batch was capped at approximately X ten-thousand RMB, with a unit price of around X ten-thousand RMB, aiming to address frequent drainage blockages in aging residential communities. I. Background of the Government Framework Procurement Agreement In recent years, Zhengzhou City has continuously advanced urban waterlogging control and drainage network renovation projects.
