Ultimately, Chengli Special Purpose Vehicle Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Chengli") won the bid and delivered three single-cab sewer cleaning trucks built on Dongfeng chassis, model CLW5070GSSD6 (referencing MIIT announcement parameters). These vehicles are primarily used for routine cleaning and unclogging of urban rainwater and sewage manholes, as well as emergency flood control tasks. According to local procurement practices, the unit price of this batch was approximately RMB 135,000, with the total budget capped at RMB 442,000. The procuring entity placed particular emphasis on vehicle cold-start performance, hydraulic system stability, and long-term residual value under Anshan’s winter conditions (temperatures frequently below -20°C).
